河内，终于到了越南首都。河内天气最冷2.7摄氏，最热40.4摄氏，十二月的时候大概平均15摄氏左右。由于河内很难找到出租电单车，所以大部分都是徒步及乘搭公共巴士。河内的公共巴士是蛮方便的，尤其当你的手机有GPS网络服务，只要设定目的地就能依着巴士号码及路面指示安全到达。
Hanoi, the
capital of Vietnam. Extreme temperatures have ranged from 2.7 °C to 40.4
°C, it was around 15°C when December. It’s quite hard to find motorbike
rental in Hanoi, so the main transport I used there were buses, and it’s very
convenient if you have the GPS system in you mobile phone, the bus number will
be shown in “get direction” function.
第一晚我们住在三十六行街的小旅社，过后几天及ＳＡＰＡ回来后都打扰友善的沙发客宿主——Ｆｅｌｉｘ先生。他本身为马来西亚怡保人，在这里的学院教书，与另一位马来西亚巫裔朋友及一位加拿大中国籍朋友一起共租一间６间卧室的屋子。由于客房很多，他已接待不少沙发客了。除了慷慨地让我们住宿，有一晚Ｆｅｌｉｘ还煮晚餐给我们吃，实在感激不尽。
First night we stayed at a small motel at Old Quarter, the rest of the
day in Hanoi we stayed at Couch Surfing’s host – Mr Felix’s house. He is a
Malaysian’s Chinese from Ipoh, teaching in local college and sharing the 6
bedrooms’ house with a Malaysian’s Malay
and a Canadian’s Chinese. We are not the first couch surfer that so lucky to
stay here, and one of the night he was even prepared a nice dinner for all of
us，thanks to Mr Felix.
河内拥有1000多年历史，所以有很多古迹旅游景点，但时间有限，我只能选择部分景点。
1. 胡志明纪念堂 Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum
我们第一个参观的就是胡志明纪念堂，这里我并没有什么照片可以上传，因为纪念堂内是禁止照相的。里面存放了胡主席被化学处理过的身体，原本胡志明的遗愿是被火葬，可是后来越共建立该陵园时，违反了他的生前愿望。备受人民爱戴的他至今仍存放在此以供瞻仰。进入其陵园是有严格的着装与行为规则，如必须覆盖全腿，要保持沉默、严肃，并成两行行进等等，我就在双手抱臂时被警卫警告，必须双手放下。
开放时间8am – 11am, 入场免费。
It was more than 1000 years history, so there are many historical place
and tourism place to visit in Hanoi. I only managed to go for a few because of
the limited time.
Our first visit place was Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, I got no photo to post here because camera is
not allow to bring in. The dress
code for entry is very strict. You must wear shirts and long trousers, no
shorts. Visitors must keep silent
and you will only have a minute to stop in front of the glass enclosure where
Uncle Ho lays.
2.胡志明故居 Ho Chi Minh Residence
胡志明故居收藏者胡主席的生活点滴、外国人赠送的汽车、简朴的高脚屋等。沿途就到达建于1049年的独柱寺，这里都是布满人潮的旅游景点。故居收费10000越南盾。

3. 文献庙 Temple of Literature & National University
后来我们去了文献庙，建于1070年, 以供奉周公和孔子以及四配和72贤人，同时让皇亲国戚的子孙到这里来读书。这里曾经主瓣科举考试，就如电影的形式一样，进士们必须文武双全。可惜由于战争的破坏，以前的考场都不在了。如果没去过中国的文武庙，这里还是值得参观，见识一下的。

Temple
of Literature & National University, built in 1070 and to
memorise Confucius and others popular Chinese philosopher, a place where
emperor’s family sent their children for education. The are some examination
field like in the Chinese movie, other’s than literature, physique examination
also very important at that time. If you never been those in China, this
is a place worth to visit for knowledge about historical about Chinese education.

4. 越南妇女博物馆 Vietnam Women’s Museum
如果时间短促的话，越南妇女博物馆是一个不错的选择。里面不只看到当地妇女战争时的英雄事迹，也可以了解越南各大民主的习俗、文化等。

Women’s Museum is a good choice if you have only short visit to Hanoi. Not only
you can find the heroin stories when Vietnam’s war, also can get the
information of different races’ culture and story in Vietnam.

5. 越南人类学博物馆 Vietnam Museum of Ethnology
另一个值得推荐的博物馆非她莫属——
越南人类学博物馆。最让我叹为观止的是，他们竟然能将各大民族的住宅原封不动地从遥远的山区迁移到河内，当中到底设计了多大的金钱及功夫啊？即使没有机会到越南其他民族山区，在这里，你绝对可以一次过拜访各大民族的民宅。

“Must” visit in Hanoi is Vietnam
Museum of Ethnology. What is the most amazing is they could
transfer the different houses from different culture village to this capital,
which remain the originality of the architecture. I wonder how much afford and
money they had used for these hard jobs. Even though you have no enough time to
visit to those race’s village, you still able to visit to their house in half
day here!

6. 华庐监狱博物馆 Hoa Lo Prison
另外越南河内华庐监狱博物馆，展览当年美国战争及共产党时期俘虏的记录。即使战争及发展破坏了大部分范围，越南旅游部还是将这博物管展现地不错。在这监狱里有种毛毛的感觉，蛮阴森恐怖的。

Lo Prison, here with the histories of prisoners during the Vietnam’s War and
Communist Period. Though the war and development of the city had destroyed most
of the building, but they still manage to present the nice set up of the museum
inside the prison and I felt creepy when I was there.

河内著名美食 Hanoi's Popular Food
1. Chả
cá Lã Vong
这是河内著名的煎鱼老店，卖的是黄姜粉煎鱼。好吃吗？我不知道用的是什么鱼，味道不太差，就是几片鱼浸在炭烧油锅里煎，加上菜，然后配上越南粉再加特制酱料一起吃。这里流行的酱料有点像我们的cincalok,很多小食都有它的存在。问题就在于——超级贵，就像照片那么一丁点就花了我们20美金。至于值不值得去吃，就见仁见智了。
This
is a famous old shop in Hanoi where selling the turmeric grilled fish. I’m not
sure what fish they are using, the taste is ok, the fish were fried with some
vegetable in the oil on a small charcoal stove, we were eating it with Bun and
the special shrimp’s sauce. The sauce tasted like our cincalok in Malaysia, you
can find it quite often in the street food of Hanoi. The problem was... the
price of this dish was so expensive! It’s charged 20 USD as what you seen in
the photo! So, since this suppose is the most famous one in Hanoi, try or not,
your choice.
2.Xoi

这件位于角落的糯米饭是河内相当著名的。糯米饭盖上绿豆粉再加上各种配料，如果刚刚不是吞了那20美金的鱼，也许我会觉得不错。就如这一个月一样，娜小姐不断地食物轰炸，吃得我怕怕了，所以不能太具体地形容这糯米饭的味道。只记得当时我很是怀念马来西亚有虾米味的糯米饭，因为这里的味道淡淡的。反正就是出名的，来到的话，又喜欢绿豆加糯米的话就尝尝吧。
This
outstanding sticky rice corner shop XOI YAN is one the famous in Hanoi too. The
rice covered by the green bean paste plus the ingredient you going to order,
such as chicken, egg or all-in-one! If we did not just went to the 20 USD
grilled fish, I might like this rice... but I was too full, as the way we were
eating since day 1 of the trip. So, that time I only missed the dried prawn
(HEH BEE) taste of our local sticky rice in Malaysia, because the taste of the
rice here was not strong. Anyway, if got chance to go there, just try it.
3.
Bún đậu mắm tôm
这里卖的就是炸豆腐、越南粉再加上mắm tôm——类似Cincalok 的虾酱。Cincalok 大家都知道是什么味道，有点腥臭，吃下去又带点美味，实在有点又爱又恨的感觉。如果你不介意那种腥臭味的话，这一道小食绝对值得去尝尝。另外还可以点猪肉片及其他炸料等。

Vietnam’s Bun plus the mắm tôm – the sauce which
tasted like cincalok. As we know as
cincalok, it’s smelly but taste good when you melt in our tongue. If you could
accept the taste of cincalok, this is something that you should go try in
Hanoi. There were pork’s slices and other’s fried staff to order as well.

这猪肉面源自河内青春郡 (Quận Thanh Xuân)，最适合喜欢猪脚的食家。我不会吃猪脚，不过里面的猪肉片加猪肉丸再加香菇的美味…是不错的一餐哦。
This noodle was originally from Quận Thanh Xuân, suitable to those who love pork feet. I don’t really know how to eat this part of pork, but the pork slices, pork meat balls and mushroom was not bad.
